One print on archival fine art paper (paper size 8.5” x 11”, artwork size 8” x 10”)
One high resolution PDF file of your finished portrait (for you to print for personal uses only! Reproduction for sale is not permitted)
One high resolution JPG formatted to use as your phone wallpaper
HOW IT WORKS:
Once your order has been placed, I’ll get in touch with you via the email attached to your order within 24 hours to gather all of the info for your pet portrait! This will include photos of your pets, their names (if you want them included), background color preferences, etc.
Once we’ve worked out the basics and I have the photo references I need, I’ll get started! After I’ve finished a color sketch, you’ll have the opportunity to note any changes you might want to see for the final version. PLEASE NOTE : THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST ALTERATIONS.
Once the final portrait is done, I’ll email you the 8”x10” hi-res PDF, as well as a hi-res JPG phone wallpaper.

If you don’t see an email from me in 24 hours of your order, please check your spam! If you still don’t see an email, feel free to contact me in case I missed the order.
I ask that you please send me the info for your portrait within 2-3 days of hearing from me. The sooner I get what I need from you, the sooner you get your pet portrait! (THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS)
If I don’t hear back from you within 5 days of contacting you, I’ll assume you’ve changed your mind. At that point I’ll refund your order.
Printed orders are only available for US customers. A worldwide digital option is available if you’re outside of the US.
